Shanghai is China’s largest city and a global financial hub, situated on the country’s east coast at the mouth of the Yangtze River. It is a bustling metropolis known for its modern skyline, busy port, and blend of traditional and Western cultures. The city serves as a major center for commerce, industry, technology, and tourism, with the Port of Shanghai being the world’s busiest container port.

05.03.2026/ Day 2: Shanghai City Tour (B, L, D)

Visit Yu Garden. Yu Garden is a classical Chinese garden in Shanghai, built in the Ming Dynasty and known for its traditional architecture, six scenic areas, ponds, and rockeries.

The Bund is a historic waterfront promenade and financial district in central Shanghai, famous for its colonial-era architecture and its stunning view of the Modern Pudong Skyline across the Huangpu River.

Shanghai Museum is a renowned institution of ancient Chinese art, established in 1952 and currently located at People’s Square. It features a distinctive building with a round top and square base, housing a collection of over 120,000 artifacts across categories like bronzes, ceramics, paintings, and calligraphy. The museum offers ten permanent galleries, three temporary exhibition halls.

People’s Square in Shanghai is a large public square and central hub in the city’s Huangpu District, built on the site of the former Shanghai Racecourse.

Oriental Pearl Tower 2nd ball, also known as the upper ball or the second sphere, is an outdoor sightseeing floor located at 259 meters high. It features a transparent glass floor and a 150-meter-long suspended viewing corridor, offering panoramic views of Shanghai.

Jin Mao Tower is an 88-story, 420.5-meter-tall skyscraper in Shanghai, designed by the architectural firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, Completed in 1999.

Shanghai Circus Show is a performance that blends traditional Chinese acrobatics and culture with modern technology and effects. The shows feature a variety of acts, including acrobatics, martial arts, and dance, and often tell a story, such as the history of Shanghai.

Zhangjiajie, is a city in China famous for its otherworldly landscape of towering sandstone pillars. The city’s primary draw is the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site within the larger Wulingyuan Scenic Area, known for its surreal, mist-covered peaks, lush greenery, and unique quartzite sandstone formations.

Visit Dayong Ancient Town, also known as Dayong Fucheng, is a large, modern complex in Zhangjiajie built to resemble ancient architecture, featuring buildings in the styles of various ethnic minorities.

Tianmen Mountain, a mountain in Hunan Province, famous for its dramatic landscapes and attractions like the Tianmen Cave, also known as the “Gate of Heaven”.

Furong Village also known as Furong Ancient Town is a historic village in Hunan Province, known for being built around and over a waterfall, giving it the nickname “The Thousand-Year-Old Town Hanging on a Waterfall”. It features traditional Tujia ethnic architecture, particularly wooden stilt houses (Diaojiaolou), and is characterized by its winding stone alleys and scenic river views.

08.03.2026/ Day 5: Zhangjiajie Scenic Tour (B, L, D) 

Explore Yuanjiajie Scenic Area is a breathtaking scenic area in China’s Zhangjiajie National Forest Park known for its towering quartzite pillars that inspired the “floating mountains” showing in the movie Avatar.

Bailong Elevator, or Hundred Dragons Elevator, is a 326-meter-tall, glass-enclosed outdoor elevator built into the side of a quartzite sandstone cliff in China’s Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. It offers panoramic views of the area’s unique pillars, constructed from 1999 to 2002, it is recognized by Guinness World Records as the world’s tallest outdoor elevator.

Tianzi Mountain Nature Reserve of the Wulingyuan Scenic Area in Zhangjiajie, known for its unique, jagged “peak forest” landscape that resembles floating islands. Named after a 14th-century farmer who led a rebellion and was called “Tianzi” (Son of Heaven), the area features quartz sandstone pillars, diverse forests, and stunning vistas like the “sea of clouds” when mist is present.

Ten-Mile Gallery is a 5-kilometer scenic area in China, featuring a valley with lush vegetation and distinctive rock formations that resemble figures, objects, and animals.

09.03.2026/ Day 6: Zhangjiajie Adventure (B, L, D)

Visit Grand Canyon Glass Bridge, is a transparent glass bridge in China that is one of the longest and highest in the world, spanning the Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon. It is 430 meters long, 6 meters wide, and suspended approximately 300 meters above the canyon floor, allowing visitors to see the canyon through the all-glass deck. And it’s designed to accommodate up to 800 people at a time.

Baofeng Lake, also spelled Baofeng Hu, is an artificial fresh-water lake in the Wulingyuan Scenic Area located on the south side of Suoxiyu Village, Wulingyuan District, it was created in the 1970s.

72 Qilou, or 72 Strange Buildings, is a cultural and entertainment complex in Zhangjiajie, inspired by the traditional Tujia ethnic stilted architecture. It features a towering of 109.9-meter-tall central building, recognized by Guinness World Records as the world’s highest stilted building.

Visit Two Rivers and Four Lakes Scenic Area is a picturesque urban network of waterways that showcases the city’s natural beauty and culture, including the Li River, Taohua River, Rong Lake, Shan Lake, Gui Lake, and Mulong Lake.

Sun and Moon Pagodas are two ornate pagodas on Shan Lake in Guilin, that are a major landmark. The Sun Pagoda is a 41-meter-high, nine-story copper tower, while the 35-meter-high, seven-story Moon Pagoda is made of glazed tile.

Kuixinglou in Chongqing is a unique architectural site known for its disorienting, multi-level design where visitors enter a square on the 22nd floor of a building, which is actually street-level access. It is a popular landmark that showcases Chongqing’s “mountain city” topography, offering a public plaza surrounded by shops, impressive views, and photo opportunities from high pedestrian bridges.

 

Liziba Station in Chongqing is a famous monorail station on Line 2 where the train passes directly through a 19-story residential building, on floors 6 through 8. It is a unique tourist attraction known for its creative engineering solution to urban space constraints in the mountainous city, with thousands of visitors coming to see the train go through the building.

14.03.2026/ Day 11: Wulong Karst Tour (B, L, D)

Day trip to Visit Wulong Karst Tiankeng Three Bridges in Chongqing is a UNESCO World Heritage site featuring three large natural stone bridges in a karst landscape, known for its dramatic scenery, waterfalls, and caves. Located about 20 kilometers southeast of Wulong District, this geological wonder is also known as the “Three Natural Bridges” and is Asia’s largest natural stone bridge group. The site was used as a filming location for movies like Transformers: Age of Extinction and Curse of the Golden Flower.

Kuanzhai Xiangzi, or Wide and Narrow Alleys, is a historic district in Chengdu consisting of three parallel alleys: Wide Alley (Kuan Xiangzi), Narrow Alley (Zhai Xiangzi), and Well Alley (Jing Xiangzi). Originally built during the Qing Dynasty as a military garrison, the area has been preserved and restored to showcase traditional Sichuan architecture.

Photo stop at Xi’an City Wall, is a massive, rectangular, and well-preserved military defense system from China’s Ming Dynasty that is approximately 13.7 kilometers long. It is 12 meters high, 15-18 meters thick at the base, and 12-14 meters thick at the top.

  • If the tour does not operate due to ‘Force majeure’ e.g. cancellation of flights, natural calamity, non-receipt of valid visa by any fellow group member/s which results to fall of group MOS (minimum operating strength) etc. or for any other reason, then cancellation charges levied by airlines and other service charges will be borne by the passengers.
  • In the event of cancellation of tour for whatsoever reasons, depending upon the mode of credit received by the company from suppliers including airlines, refund if any will be given either by way of credit note or payment to your bank account. Refund will be processed within 60 days from the date of proposed date of departure of the tour.
