06.09.2026/ Day 1: Yogyakarta – Merapi Volcano – (D)

 Upon arrival in Yogyakarta, meet and greet with our guide, then direct transfer to your hotel.

After completing dinner, we will proceed for Merapi Volcano tour at 08:00 pm. By 4WD Jeep. After completing the tour return to the hotel at around 03:00 am.

07.09.2026/ Day 2: Sultan Palace – Water Castle – Borobudur – (B/D)

After finish breakfast. Experience an exciting and cultural journey in Yogyakarta, visit to the historic Kraton Yogyakarta (Sultan Palace), followed by the elegant Taman Sari (Water Castle). The day concludes with a visit to the magnificent Borobudur Temple, the world’s largest Buddhist monument and a UNESCO World Heritage site. Dinner at Indian Restaurant or at your hotel.

08.09.2026/ Day 3: Jomblang Cave with Pindul River Tubing – (B/L-box/ D)

Breakfast at your hotel, then start your adventure with a visit to Jomblang Cave, a stunning vertical cave known for its “heaven’s light” phenomenon. Experience an exciting descent into the cave and explore its unique underground beauty. Afterwards, continue to Pindul River for an exhilarating tubing experience, floating through a mystical cave with stunning rock formations. Dinner at Indian restaurant or at your hotel.

 09.09.2026/ Day 4: Prambanan – Umbul Ponggok – Danar Hadi Museum – Drop to Malang – (B/D)

 Breakfast at hotel, then check out. Start your day with a visit to the magnificent Prambanan Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage site showcasing the grandeur of ancient hindu architecture. Continue to Umbul Ponggok, a unique spring-fed pool famous for its crystal-clear water and fun underwater photo opportunities (entrance fee only – if time permit). Afterward to Museum Batik Danar Hadi to discover Indonesia’s rich batik heritage and intricate craftsmanship. Afterwards, proceed with your overland journey to Malang, enjoying scenic views along the way before arriving at your hotel. Upon arrival in Malang, check in at hotel, dinner at hotel or restaurant.

10.09.2026/ Day 5: Mt. Bromo – Madakaripura Waterfall – Jodipan Village – (B-box/D)

 At 02.30 AM Wake up for hot tea/coffee. Depart to Mt. Penanjakan, the premier viewpoint overlooking Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park, Mt. Bromo, Mt. Batok, and the smoking peak of Mt. Semeru at sunrise. Post Sunrise, drive down to the Sea of Sand. Cross the volcanic plains by Jeep, passing Pura Luhur Poten (the sacred Hindu temple) and the Whispering Sands. Reach the foot of Mount Bromo. Opt for a walk or pony ride (at your own ost) to the base, then climb the 250 concrete steps up to the active crater rim to witness the volcanic landscape. Enjoy your breakfast (Breakfast Box will be provided)

Later, proceed to Madakaripura Waterfall, a hidden 200-meter canyon falls believed to be the historic final meditation site of the Majapahit Grand Prime Minister, Gajah Mada. Travel down to Malang. Explore Jodipan Colorful Village (Kampung Warna-Warni) to walk through its vibrant alleys and cross the glass bridge before evening light fades.

Return to the hotel. Dinner at Hotel/ Restaurant.

11.09.2026/ Day 6: Tumpak Sewu Waterfall – Drop to Banyuwangi – (B/D) 

 Have an early breakfast, check-out from the hotel and proceed for Tumpak Sewu. Often called the “Niagara of Indonesia,” Tumpak Sewu is a breathtaking natural wonder that feels like stepping straight into Jurassic Park. Stand on a panoramic cliffside overlooking a massive, horseshoe-shaped canyon where dozens of silky waterfalls cascade over a towering 120-metre emerald rock wall. For the adventurous, a trek down to the canyon floor offers a thrilling encounter with nature, where you can feel the cool volcanic mist, hear the powerful roar of the falls, and stand directly beneath towering cliffs draped in lush tropical ferns. It is an awe-inspiring, raw jungle experience they will never forget.

Drive from Tumpak Sewu to your hotel in Banyuwangi and check-in to the hotel. Have an early dinner at hotel/ restaurant and take proper rest before starting next day excursion at 12 Midnight.

12.09.2026/ Day 7: Banyuwangi – Ijen Blue Fire tour – Surabaya – (B/D)

 At 12:00 Midnight, proceed for Ijen Blue Tour. Prepare yourself for one of the rarest spectacles on Earth: the midnight trek up Mount Ijen to witness the legendary Electric Blue Flame. Departing under a canopy of stars, a guided 2-hour hike brings travellers to the rim of an active volcano. Descending into the crater, they will witness a surreal phenomenon found in only two places globally—ignited sulfuric gases burning with an ethereal, neon-blue glow in the pitch black. As night turns to dawn, the landscape transforms to reveal the world’s largest highly acidic, turquoise crater lake enveloped in swirling volcanic steam. It is a mystical, bucket-list expedition that feels entirely out of this world. we return to the Hotel approximately 10.00 A.M. Have breakfast and take rest for few hours.

Check out from the Hotel and proceed with the transfer to Surabaya.

 13.09.2026/ Day 8: Sub Marine Monument – Tunjungan Plaza – Flight to Labuan Bajo – (B/D)

 Breakfast and check out from your hotel. Begin your day with a visit to the iconic Submarine Monument, followed by Tunjungan Plaza, one of the largest shopping destinations.

Afterwards, transfer to the airport for your flight to Labuan Bajo, the gateway to Komodo National Park, where your next island adventure awaits. Upon arrival in Labuan Bajo, direct transfer to your hotel. Dinner at hotel/restuarant.

14.09.2026/ Day 9: Komodo Island Day Tour – (B/L/D)

 Experience an unforgettable adventure to the world-famous Komodo National Park aboard a speedboat (SIC). The tour begins with an early morning hotel pick-up and transfer to the harbor. Upon arrival, cruise to Padar Island and enjoy a scenic trek to its iconic viewpoint, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding islands and turquoise waters.

Continue to Long Beach, where guests can relax, swim, and take photos on the pristine pink-sand shoreline. The journey then proceeds to Komodo Island, home of the legendary Komodo dragons. Accompanied by a local ranger, enjoy a guided trekking experience to observe these unique reptiles in their natural habitat.

A packed lunch will be served during the tour before heading to Taka Makassar, a beautiful white sandbank surrounded by crystal-clear waters, perfect for swimming and photography. The next stop is Manta Point, where guests may have the opportunity to snorkel and observe majestic manta rays in their natural environment (subject to weather and sea conditions).

The adventure continues to Kanawa Island, known for its vibrant marine life and excellent snorkeling opportunities. After enjoying the island’s stunning underwater scenery, return to Labuan Bajo Harbor and transfer back to your hotel.

 Transfer to Labuan Bajo Airport for your flight to Bali.

Upon arrival in Bali, meet and greet with our guide then proceed transfer to your hotel in Ubud area. Dinner at Indian Restaurant. Check in at your hotel.

  • Respiratory Warning (Ijen Crater): The Ijen “Blue Fire” tour exposes travellers to toxic Sulphur Gas. Individuals with asthma, respiratory issues, heart conditions, or pregnancy are strictly prohibited from participating.
  • Sleep Deprivation: Some of the attractions like Merapi Volcano Tour, Mount Bromo Sunrise Tour, Ijen Blue Fire Tour, require midnight or early morning departures from hotel. Clients must acknowledge that fatigue is inherent to this itinerary.

 

  • Long Travelling: This itinerary is designed as a comprehensive, cross-province journey covering massive distances between Yogyakarta and East Java (Malang, Surabaya, and Banyuwangi). To experience these incredible regions, you will encounter extended and demanding overland travel times on some day(s). By finalizing this booking, you explicitly acknowledge that this package features an intense travel pace with long periods spent on trains or road vehicles. This itinerary is best suited for resilient, adventure-minded travellers who are entirely comfortable with long transit days in exchange for witnessing Java’s most iconic landscapes.
  • Voluntary Assumption of Wildlife Risks (Komodo National Park) -Apex Predator Danger: Komodo Dragons are wild, venomous, and unpredictable apex predators.
  • Ranger Compliance: Clients must agree to follow all instructions from official park rangers. Walking alone or separating from the group is strictly forbidden.
  • Strict Liability Exclusion: The agency accepts zero liability for wildlife encounters, bites, or related injuries.
  • Volcano Activity & Force Majeure (Merapi, Bromo, Ijen)
  • Active Volcanic Zones: All three locations are active volcanoes subject to sudden closures, eruptions, or increased gas emissions by Indonesian authorities (PVMBG).
  • The agency reserves the right to alter, shorten, or completely cancel volcanic treks at a moment’s notice for safety. No refunds will be issued for government-mandated safety closures.
  • Marine Conditions & Transit Limitations (Komodo Island Cruises)
  • Sea Conditions: Sea transits around Komodo can face rough waters, strong currents, and sudden weather changes.
  • Standard luxury transfers are unavailable in some of the remote regions. Transportation includes local 4×4 Jeeps, basic speedboats, or local wooden liveaboards. Clients waive luxury expectations for these segments.
  • The tour manager and driver will do their best to get you as close to the monuments as possible, because in some city’s coaches are restricted.
  • Any damage caused to hotel rooms/coach during your stay, shall be borne by the concerned passengers.
  • Indian Meal is not available at many destinations included in the itinerary.
  • Some hotels require deposit of security money at the time of check-in which is returned at the time of check-out. Pax may be required to pay such security money.
  • There are no refunds for any services i.e. meals, sightseeing, etc. not utilized on your tour.
  • Once an air ticket is issued, date change penalty cost will be applicable. Check with our Sales Officer for the applicable charges.
  • If a child under 12 sharing room with 1 adult, then the tour price of an adult on twin sharing basis will be applicable for child. Should the period of travel, or the number of participants, or the type of accommodation, or the type of transport or the duration of the trip, change the quote will be revised accordingly.
  • If the tour does not operate due to ‘Force majeure’ e.g. cancellation of flights, natural calamity, non-receipt of valid visa by any fellow group member/s which results to fall of group MOS (minimum operating strength) etc. or for any other reason, then cancellation charges levied by airlines and other service charges will be borne by the passengers.
  • In the event of cancellation of tour for whatsoever reasons, depending upon the mode of credit received by the company from suppliers including airlines, refund if any will be given either by way of credit note or payment to your bank account. Refund will be processed within 60 days from the date of proposed date of departure of the tour.
  • Timely payments keep everything running smoothly. Please note that maintaining our payment schedule is strict requirement. If a payment is missed or delayed, your order or service may be cancelled, and any deposits or partial payments already made will be forfeited.
  • In the event of any discrepancy in terms and conditions detailed in booking form vis-a-vis this itinerary, terms mentioned here in above will prevail.

Volcano & Trekking Essentials (Bromo, Ijen, Merapi)

These items are non-negotiable for safety, air quality, and steep terrain.

  • Sturdy Trekking Shoes:Must have deep rubber grooves (good traction). Smooth-soled running shoes or sneakers will slip on the loose volcanic ash of Bromo and steep gravel of Ijen.
  • Layered Winter Clothing:Temperatures at Bromo and Ijen pre-dawn drop to 5°C–10°C. Pack a thermal inner layer, a fleece jacket, and a windproof/waterproof outer jacket.
  • Beanie, Gloves, and Muffler:Crucial for protection against the freezing alpine winds while waiting for the sunrise.

Tropical & Marine Gear (Komodo Islands)

For the open-sea transits, island trekking, and wildlife encounters.

  • Waterproof Dry Bag (10L–15L):To protect cameras, phones, passports, and cash from sea spray during speedboat transits.
  • Grip-Sole Water Shoes / Sandals:Mandatory for wet landings (stepping out of boats into water) and walking safely on slippery boat decks.
  • Full-Coverage Trekking Trousers:Lightweight, breathable trousers for the Komodo dragon trek to protect against dry brush and insects. Avoid shorts on this day.
  • Reef-Safe Sunscreen (SPF 50+) & Polarised Sunglasses:The equatorial sun over the Komodo sea is exceptionally harsh.

Essential Personal Medical & First-Aid Supplies

Because these regions are highly remote with limited immediate access to multi-speciality hospitals, passengers are required to prepare a medical kit.

  • Motion Sickness Medication:Recommended for managing severe discomfort from rough sea swells in Komodo and bumpy 4×4 Jeep rides at Merapi/Bromo. Consult a physician for suitable options.
  • Personal Respiratory Medication:Passengers with a history of mild asthma must carry their personal inhalers.
  • ORS / Electrolyte Powders:Essential to maintain hydration during high-exertion activities in humid conditions.
  • Anti-Diarrheal & Gastrointestinal Supplies:To manage potential issues arising from changes in diet or water.
  • Blister Kits & Antiseptic Wipes:For treatment of scrapes or blisters during long treks.
