• Some hotels require deposit of security money at the time of check-in which is returned at the time of check-out. Pax may be required to pay such security money.

• If a child under 12 shares a room with 1 adult, then the tour price of an adult on twin sharing basis will be applicable for the child.
• Should the period of travel, or the number of participants, or the type of accommodation, or the type of transport or the duration of the trip, change the quote will be revised accordingly.
• If the tour does not operate due to ‘Force majeure’ e.g. cancellation of flights, extreme polar weather, natural calamity, non-receipt of valid visa by any fellow group member/s which results to fall of group MOS (minimum operating strength) etc. or for any other reason, then cancellation charges levied by airlines and other service charges will be borne by the passengers.
• In the event of cancellation of a tour for whatsoever reasons, depending upon the mode of credit received by the company from suppliers including airlines, refund if any will be given either by way of credit note or payment to your bank account. Daily excursions involve physically demanding activities, including walking on snow and ice, navigating sub-zero temperatures, carrying winter gear, and embarking on late-night expeditions. By booking this trip, you confirm that you are in good physical health and have fully considered your personal mobility, tolerance to extreme cold, or any pre-existing medical conditions before joining us.
• Many areas on this journey, particularly in Lapland, Abisko, and northern fjord routes, are beautifully remote, where local medical facilities and infrastructure are very limited. Advanced medical care is not available in these wilderness regions, and arranging an emergency medical evacuation under severe winter conditions can take little time. Because evacuation depends heavily on local weather conditions and transport accessibility, our company cannot accept liability for any delays in medical treatment or transport.
• Your safety and the well-being of the group are our highest priorities. Our tour leaders and local guides reserve the right to respectfully ask a guest to sit out a night excursion or leave the active itinerary if they feel the guest’s physical condition or inadequate winter preparation poses a safety risk to themselves or others. Please note that refunds or financial compensation cannot be issued in these rare circumstances.
• This comprehensive expedition spans 20 nights and 21 days, making it an intense journey through challenging climates that requires sustained energy over the period. The itinerary envisages late-night aurora hunts combined with daytime exploration almost every day.
• The Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon. While our itinerary maximizes viewing opportunities using advanced satellite data, visibility depends entirely on clear skies and solar activity. The Company cannot guarantee sightings, and no refunds will be issued if the aurora is not visible.
• Due to the unpredictable nature of winter mountain and arctic weather, local transportation schedules, domestic flight or cruise availability, and strict government site management, all itineraries, ferry/train assignments, and sightseeing schedules are subject to change/cancellation without prior notice.
• The Company acts solely as an agent for local service providers, including but not limited to international airlines, regional rail networks, cruise ferry operators, icebreaker operators, and hotel/villa management. The Guest acknowledges that boutique hotels, glass villas, and local mountain stations may experience sudden, temporary disruptions in utilities due to extreme sub-zero conditions, including electrical power outages, heating or hot water fluctuations, or intermittent internet and Wi-Fi connectivity.
• Timely payments keep everything running smoothly. Please note that maintaining our payment schedule is a strict requirement. If a payment is missed or delayed, your order or service may be cancelled, and any deposits or partial payments already made will be forfeited.
